Last year I’ve discovered the power of writing letters, to others and to myself. I found it very helpful to identify my emotions and letting go of them.
Mental health is SO important. Please make sure to regularly take time to check in with yourself 🖤


Dear Cindy, 

You are about to live one of the worst 24 hours of your life. Everything you planned will be destroyed, professionally and personally. You are about to get so disappointed and completely heartbroken. Say goodbye to your little quiet Sydney life. It’s time for you to wake up. Life as you imagined it is not gonna happen. It will feel like you’ve been hit by a train. And you’ll be numbed for months until you realise it was actually the best thing that could have happened to you.

REJECTION IS REDIRECTION. It’s life telling you that YOU DESERVE MORE. You deserve more than hypocrite relationships. You deserve to be surrounded by people who appreciates you for who YOU TRULY ARE. You deserve TRUTH and RESPECT. You also deserve to feel VALUED and EMPOWERED, every day. You need to do the things you are the most AFRAID of. You must step outside your COMFORT ZONE. You need to feel UNCOMFORTABLE and accept it. You will understand that GROWTH is painful but rewarding. 

Please trust me that what is coming is better than what is gone, I promise.
It’s gonna be a very long journey but YOU’VE GOT THIS.
